A Chrome extension that reminds you to take a break at an interval you choose, using alarms and browser notifications.

User manual
- Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
- Turn on Developer mode (top right).
- Click Load unpacked and select this folder.
- Click the extension icon, set your break interval in minutes, and press Save.
- Leave the extension enabled; a notification will remind you at each interval.

Google Chrome (or any Chromium browser) with Developer mode; no account or sign-in needed.
