What this is
Who it's for: Pakistani freelancers choosing between Payoneer, Wise, Elevate and bank transfer for client payments.
See what you would actually receive in PKR from each payout route, side by side, before you promise a client a payment method.
Free in full — download it and use it on your own freelance work.
All pre-filled fees, percentages and exchange rates are SAMPLE defaults so you can see how the maths works. They are NOT current facts about Payoneer, Wise, Elevate or any bank, and this tool fetches no live market rate. If this tool disagrees with your provider's statement, your provider's statement wins. The 'cheapest on your figures' row is arithmetic on the numbers you typed in, not a recommendation. The PSEB note inside is general guidance only, not legal, tax or financial advice.
User manual
- Open index.html in any browser, or open the .xlsx file in Excel or LibreOffice.
- Type in your invoice amount, payment currency and your own reference exchange rate.
- Replace EVERY sample figure with the real figure from the provider's own current fee schedule and the rate actually offered to you.
- Read the 'You receive (PKR)' column, not the headline percentage fee alone, and agree in writing who pays the fees before work starts.
Requirements
Any modern web browser for the HTML version; Excel or LibreOffice for the workbook.

Questions
Does this show live Payoneer or Wise rates?
No. It fetches no live rate and states no provider's current fees. Every pre-filled figure is a user-editable sample; replace it with the figure from the provider's own current fee schedule.
Why look at PKR received instead of the percentage fee?
A large exchange-rate margin can cost more than a higher percentage fee, so the amount that actually lands in PKR is the comparison that matters.
What does the 'who pays the fee' explainer cover?
A worked example for three cases: you absorb the fees, the client covers them, or you split them 50-50 — so the agreement can go on the invoice in writing.
Is this the same as the site's currency converter?
No. That tool only converts an amount from one currency to another. This one compares payout providers by total fee plus exchange margin plus local fee.
What does this tool not cover?
Taxes, marketplace commissions, chargebacks, account holds, verification requirements, withdrawal limits and payout speed. Check those separately before promising a client a payment method.
